VidiWave: Terms of Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms and Intermediary Status

By downloading, installing, and utilizing the VidiWave application on your Android Mobile device or Android TV, you agree to be legally bound by this Terms of Service Agreement. VidiWave operates exclusively as an Information Location Tool and a neutral digital search directory. Under the legal framework of Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, VidiWave maintains strict "Safe Harbor" protection as a passive intermediary. We do not host, store, broadcast, or transmit any digital media files on our private infrastructure. All content is indexed from external third-party servers.

2. Premium Services, Guest Mode, and Pay-Per-Download

VidiWave offers optional enhanced viewing utilities. Users may unlock high-bitrate 1080P playback and VIP capabilities directly via Guest Mode without account creation. Furthermore, VidiWave supports a Pay-Per-Download (single-purchase) utility for specific indexed media packages. All in-app payments compensate solely for client-side download acceleration, specialized indexing priority, and application infrastructure upkeep. Transactions do not constitute a sale, lease, or license of any third-party copyrighted material.

3. Hardware Ecosystem and PC Emulation

VidiWave is developed specifically for the open Android ecosystem. We unequivocally do not support alternative mobile operating systems or non-Android hardware. VidiWave is not a native Windows or macOS application. Accessing our services on a desktop computer strictly requires the deployment of an Android Emulator. Users assume all operational and technical risks associated with running third-party virtualization software. VidiWave disclaims all liability for system instability, software conflicts, or hardware degradation that may occur on non-Android host machines.

4. Content Delivery and Language Localization

Our platform utilizes automated indexing protocols to organize publicly available URLs. VidiWave dynamically optimizes movie language tags, player subtitles, and synopses based on your selected regional preferences (e.g., Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam). If localized metadata is unavailable on the third-party host server, VidiWave will default to standard English or Hindi text. We do not guarantee the availability of specific language tracks for all indexed content.

5. Service Interruptions and Live Event Latency

The VidiWave directory is provided on an "As-Is" basis. Connectivity depends heavily on the stability of external hosting providers and local ISPs. During high-traffic events, such as Live Cricket matches or major sports tournaments, users may experience latency or buffering. This latency is inherent to the third-party servers where the digital media files reside. VidiWave is not liable for stream interruptions or content removals enacted by these external hosts.

6. System Integrity and Prohibited Conduct

To preserve our high-efficiency discovery engine and search leaderboards, users must refrain from utilizing automated scripts, web scrapers, bots, or unauthorized API extraction tools to query our database. Any attempt to bypass download limits or manipulate the VIP recharge protocols will result in an immediate and permanent IP ban.
