VidiWave respects the intellectual property rights of content creators, film studios, broadcast networks, and digital media distributors worldwide. VidiWave functions strictly as an Automated Indexing Protocol and a neutral Information Location Tool. Our core technology systematically crawls the public internet to organize, index, and surface third-party hyperlinks, enabling efficient content navigation for users across India.

It is imperative to state that VidiWave does not host, upload, store, transcode, or physically transmit any digital media files on its servers or operational infrastructure. All digital video streams, regional language broadcasts (including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam cinema), and live sports feeds originate from and reside entirely on autonomous, external third-party hosting servers. VidiWave operates strictly within the statutory "Safe Harbor" framework established under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Copyright Act, 1957.

2. Notice and Takedown Framework

As an intermediary committed to prompt copyright compliance, VidiWave enforces a structured takedown mechanism. If a copyright holder or an authorized legal representative identifies an indexed hyperlink within our search directory, trending leaderboards, or language-specific sections that directs traffic to infringing material, a formal written notification must be submitted to our designated Copyright Team.

To ensure immediate validation and technical processing, the notification must contain the following statutory components:

  • Authorized Signature: A physical or verifiable electronic signature of the individual legally empowered to act on behalf of the exclusive copyright owner.
  • Identification of Protected Work: Specific identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including title, registration details, or reference links to the authentic work.
  • Targeted Index Identifiers: The precise, functional URLs or deep-link metadata currently indexed within VidiWave that resolve to the allegedly infringing material. Generic queries, category-level mentions, or application-wide references do not provide actionable data for locator de-indexing.
  • Contact Credentials: Complete contact information of the complainant, comprising a legal name, physical address, direct phone line, and professional email address.
  • Good Faith Affirmation: An explicit statement that the notifying party holds a good faith belief that the identified use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its legal agent, or applicable law.
  • Perjury Declaration: A statement made under penalty of perjury affirming the factual accuracy of the notice and the legal authority of the signatory to represent the copyright holder.

3. De-Indexing Protocols and Structural Limitations

Upon receipt of an actionable, fully compliant notice, VidiWave's technical compliance personnel will execute prompt de-indexing protocols to expunge the contested URLs from our search algorithms, regional preference modules, and catalog directories.

Please note that removing an indexed locator from VidiWave terminates navigation through our platform but does not erase, alter, or remove the underlying digital media files from the host server. Because VidiWave exercises zero operational or administrative control over external file hosts, content owners must coordinate directly with the source hosting provider to achieve complete physical data removal from the web.

4. Repeat Infringer and Systematic Abuse Enforcement

VidiWave maintains a zero-tolerance stance against systematic abuse of digital networks. We consistently audit our indexing rules to suppress repetitive referencing of verified illicit nodes. Any automated script, third-party distributor, or individual discovered deliberately attempting to inject unauthorized locators into our search indexes, guest-mode systems, or language-filtering pipelines will face immediate and permanent exclusion from our technical ecosystem.
